A: Yes, we currently deliver within Calgary. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

A: First-time customers must provide their name, company name, phone number, and email to set up an account.

A: Payments can be made by e-transfer or other arranged methods. Details are provided on your invoice. We do not currently accept credit card payments through the website

Yes. Pickup may be available by appointment only from our warehouse/pickup location.
Pickup orders must be confirmed in advance, and we do not accept walk-in pickups. A minimum pickup order of $100 before tax applies.
Please allow 1–2 business days for pickup orders to be prepared. We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.

A: Orders $250+ (before tax) qualify for free delivery within Calgary. Orders below $250 are subject to a $30 delivery fee

A: All goods are final sale once delivered. If a product is damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours to qualify for a replacement
