• A: Yes, we currently deliver within Calgary. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

  • A: First-time customers must provide their name, company name, phone number, and email to set up an account.

  • A: Payments can be made by e-transfer or other arranged methods. Details are provided on your invoice. We do not currently accept credit card payments through the website

  • A: Orders $500+ (before tax) qualify for free delivery within Calgary. Orders below $500 are subject to a $30 delivery fee

  • A: All goods are final sale once delivered. If a product is damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours to qualify for a replacement
